Our Story - a step back in time.

A fifth-generation Williamson County resident, Lynda and Tommy’s roots run deep in Franklin, Tennessee. Lynda’s love for furniture and beautiful, meaningful pieces began years ago while working alongside her father, Dwight, at Riverside Antiques (later renamed Riverside Franklin). During the 18 years they worked together, Lynda gained invaluable experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully run a family-owned business.

In August 2017, Lynda proudly purchased the family business from her father, and Riverside Franklin was born in the heart of Franklin’s historic district. Today, she leads Riverside Franklin as a premier furniture, home décor, and interior design destination, alongside her amazing husband Tommy and supported by an exceptional team who shares her passion for service and style.

Lynda and Tommy believe wholeheartedly in creating a welcoming, personal experience for every customer. As they often say: “Everyone who walks through our door is family—and that’s exactly how we want them to feel when they shop with us.”

When they not at the store, attending market, or searching for unique finds, they enjoy spending time on the family farm with their two sons, Luke and Cole (and Cole’s wife, Amy), and their precious grandchildren, Rowe and Sloane.
