Riverside Franklin offers In Store Pick Up Service—an affordable way to receive your items promptly with the help of our in-house team.

Unlike many furniture retailers that rely on third-party contractors, our professionals are Riverside employees. That means the team loading furniture into your truck is truly part of the Riverside family—trained to provide the highest level of care and service.

Every Pick Up order is a complimentary service, featuring:

  • Careful placement in a pick up truck or rented truck or trailer.

  • We help you secure the furniture so that you may feel comfortable traveling to your final location.

We’re happy to White Glove Delivery Service should you decide not to pick up your item. When move-in day arrives, we’ll schedule delivery at your convenience.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping

Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking is provided once your order ships. Some items may require assembly.

1-Day and 2-Day shipping options are available on qualifying orders (business days only). Delivery times may vary due to inventory or carrier delays.

Threshold Delivery

For larger items, delivery includes placement in original packaging just inside your doorway or garage. Assembly, setup, and packaging removal are the customer’s responsibility.

White Glove Delivery

Available on select items within 50 miles of our warehouse for an additional fee.

Includes:

  • Delivery to your room of choice

  • Light assembly (when applicable)

  • Packaging removal
